Namely, a 47" Galant desk and frame, a 31" Galant desk and frame, and a 47"x63" left hand corner desk and frame, plus 3 T legs (removed from the back seat before I thought to shoot this video), and 2 "A" legs. Took 20 minutes to load it all at Ikea's dock, but I got it home alone. I was going to get an 80" bookcase and drawer unit, but they wouldn't fit on Ikea's cart. If I'd had help, the bookcase would have gone in the trunk, and the drawer unit in the back seat. This car's also brought home a 21" color TV (in the box) in '82, a 25" TV in '89, and a 19" monitor and a 27" TV in '01. Let's see, what else. A lawnmower and a Black & Decker Workmate in '05, a 25' telescoping ladder (on the roof) in '97, a microwave oven in '94 and window air conditioners in '87 and '04. Nothing like a big old V-8 American car. When you've got one, who needs an SUV?
